Allison (Ali) Ulloa is the founder and creative director of Dear and Love. She is an experienced writer, editor, and content manager, specializing in the development of non-fiction Christian books and resources for biblically based ministries, nonprofit organizations, and leaders in their industry.

Allison graduated from Vanguard University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with an emphasis on Intercultural Studies.

Prior to her career as a writer, she served as the Elementary Director at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA, one of the nation’s largest non-denominational churches, where she oversaw strategic programming and integrative small group curriculum for kindergarten–5th graders across multiple campuses. Her heart for ministry and love for teaching biblical truths continue to shape her work today.

In her spare time, Allison enjoys hiking, exploring museums, spending time with family, and making memories with her husband, Jon, and son, Greyson.
